DMI Capital ("DMI") was founded in 2020 as an affiliate of DMI Group. DMI operates as a private equity real estate firm, seeking superior risk-adjusted returns for its investors across various commercial real estate investment strategies.
Founded in 1994, Grupo DMI (“DMI Group”) started as a developer and manager of premium real estate projects in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico. Since then, DMI Group has developed more than 25 premium projects across Mexico in 5,000 acres of master plan developments, 12.2 million SF (GBA) of commercial real estate and almost 1,000 premium residential units.
DMI Capital manages real estate private equity investments on behalf of Mexican, U.S. and other foreign investors, and implements a focused approach to core, core+ and value add investing, targeting office, industrial and grocery-anchored retail properties across Mexico and the U.S. We pursue deals in urban and suburban areas with great real estate fundamentals.
